About Abigail Porch
Abigail is a certified personal trainer in West Milford and the creator of the Abigail Porch Training Guides. She can be found on Instagram @abbieporch where she posts nutrition content, creates healthy recipes and shares full workout videos. Alongside her background in nutrition, she also has experience in the kitchen where she was named "America's Top High School Pastry Chef" in the 2018 competition at The Culinary Institute of New York - Monroe College.
Abigail was a multi-sport athlete her whole life so she truly believes there’s an “inner athlete” inside everyone. She has an A.A in Biology, a B.S. in Nutrition and Food Science and an M.S in Nutrition and Dietetics from Montclair State University. She is also a certified personal trainer and Sports Enhancement Specialist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Abigail was a Dietetic intern for the Sports Nutrition Department at Rutgers University in 2022 and was matched to the James A. Haley Veterans Affairs Dietetic Internship program starting in August 2023.

As an up and coming trainer working towards her Registered Dietitian license, her clientele ranges from young athletes to weight-loss seeking individuals. Abigail's approach as a trainer is tough love meets athletic coach. She’s no nonsense, and will go above and beyond to help you meet your fitness goals.
